Naturalgas trading range for the day is 173.3-179.1. Natural gas gains as a small decline in production offset forecasts for warmer weather and lower heating demand over the next two weeks than previously expected. Projected gas demand in the lower 48 U.S. states would slip to 98.4 billion cubic feet per day (bcfd) in the week. That compared with an expected average of 98.2 bcfd for this week and 92.8 bcfd during the mild weather last week.
