EPIC RESEARCH MCX ZINC UPDATE OF 12 APRIL 2018

Zinc trading range for the day is 208.7-213.5. Zinc prices dropped as trader remain caution after the update that the Chinese city of Xuzhou is carrying out environmental inspections. However downside seen limited following comments from Chinese President Xi Jinping that helped to ease market tensions. Social inventories of zinc in Shanghai, Guangdong and Tianjin fell from 220,800 mt on Monday April 2 and stood at 212,900 mt.
