Copper trading range for the day is 451.6-464. Copper prices gained on short covering after price dropped amid deepening trade row between China and the United States. China has underestimated U.S. President Donald Trump's resolve to impose more tariffs unless it changes its "predatory" trade practices. Some 2,935 mt of copper scrap imports received the green light in the 14th batch of approvals for restricted solid scrap imports.
