Zinc trading range for the day is 212.1-217.5. Zinc prices pared most of its gains on late profit booking tracking weakness in LME prices by 0.30 percent. Fresh deliveries into LME warehouses in the US port of New Orleans have capped gains in the LME’s three-month zinc price. Spot premiums for zinc ingots dropped to seven-year lows in Europe despite a widening price spread backwardation and a consistent import arbitrage into China.
