EPIC RESEARCH MCX NATURAL GAS UPDATE OF 23 MAY 2018

Natural gas trading range for the day is 189.5-202.3. Natural gas jumped on expectations warmer-than-normal temperatures will depress the amount of gas available to go into already depleted storage fields. Utilities likely added 94 billion cubic feet (bcf) of gas into storage during the week ended May 18, the biggest injection for that week since 2014. Meteorologists forecast temperatures will stay higher than normal through at least the first week of June.
