Zinc trading range for the day is 205.7-212.7. Zinc prices gained on short covering as support seen from LME zinc prices which ended up 1.3 percent at $3,089 a tonne. The first round of environmental reviews on previous rectification works in 10 provinces by China’s central government is set to kick off in the next couple of days. Zinc prices were likely buoyed by strong outflows from Asian warehouses over the past week as zinc stocks fell 6,710 tonnes to 80,410 tonnes.
