Copper trading range for the day is 445.7-459.5. Copper gained as prices recovered from a sell-off triggered by trade war tensions between China and the United States. Profits at China's industrial firms rose sharply in May, maintaining the previous month's sizzling pace despite signs of slowing momentum in the economy. China's manufacturing sector showed slower growth in the second quarter, a private survey showed, as export orders slipped.
