Zinc trading range for the day is 206.2-215.6. Zinc dropped after LME stocks jumped 7 percent in one day to 245,750 tonnes, the highest since November and have surged 84 percent since late February. Zinc concentrate treatment charges (TCs) rose to their highest level this year in May, with smelters refraining from purchases of spot tonnages. The first round of environmental reviews on previous rectification works in 10 provinces by China’s central government is set to kick off in the next couple of days.
