Aluminium trading range for the day is 139.7-145.1. Aluminium pared gains on profit booking after prices rose as concerns over tight supply have driven the prices. Chinese aluminium production jumped by 15 percent in December, with full year output at a record 32.27 million tonnes. China’s social inventory of refined aluminium including SHFE warrants stood at 1.77 million mt, down 19,000 mt from a week ago.
